I need to lose weight
Losing weight is not easy without help. I hope this post helps some.

There are so many diets to lose weight out there but not many give you any long lasting success. There are diets that tell you that carbohydrates are ok and others that tell you that carbs are not okay; same thing with sugar, fat and proteins. One diet says that this is okay and the other one says it is not. Then there are the ones that starve you to near death and those others that allow you to eat as much as you want. And then after all that work they put you through the belly comes back.All belly fat gone

It seems that a diet that takes into account your metabolism would work better than one that treats your body the same as the rest.  We need a diet that works with the body and the mind. Convince the mind that what we are eating is the right amount and the correct nutrients then the body will follow.  I guess the subconscious right now feels that we are eating right and nothing is wrong; but if our knees hurt from all those extra pounds we are carrying around; if we run out of breath as soon as we start walking; or if we feel like our bodies are hundreds of years old when we are only a few decades old; if our sugar levels and blood pressure are high; then our mind is very confused as to what is healthy and what’s not.  We need to retrain that mind but if it’s going to take counting calories, writing down everything we eat, weighing what we eat and expel then we are going to get tired of all that extra work and return to our unhealthy trek through life…..overworking all our organs and dying too soon.

Here is a shocker of a diet: “no diet”. This nutritionist says that the best diet plan to follow is no diet at all. How can that be? She says diets don’t work and to lose weight and stay healthy is to follow a delicious way of eating that will satisfy the hunger. However she does say to eat as little junk food as possible.  One of her suggestions is to cook with coconut oil; and stay away from partially hydrogenated oils.
